Holt Town – brand identity
Holt Town is a mixed-use development, covering over 90 acres just outside Manchester city centre. Based on many projects from Scandinavia, the master plan included a range of eclectic design styles for residential, community, retail and school property. There was also an important remit to include a large percentage of green space – which provided the insight for the ‘Room to…’ tag lines.
The thinking behind changing the look of individual logos and their associated straplines was to reflect the variety of architectural design within the scheme.
